Revitalizing Pet Care is a part-time practice with limited availability, which means time and attention are intentionally reserved for clients who are ready to actively engage in their pet’s care. We carefully review each new client application to ensure we can provide the level of support needed. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and evaluated based on case type, scheduling availability, and client alignment with our approach.
Our intake process is designed to build a true partnership and ensure your pet receives thoughtful, individualized care.
Once your application is approved and the enrollment fee is collected, we will schedule your 30-minute Pet History Intake by phone.
Within 7–10 days of your history intake, you’ll come in for a 60-minute in-person appointment. This visit includes a full physical exam, functional evaluation, and your first-tier treatment plan.
To ensure clarity and continued support, a 15-minute follow-up phone consult is included and scheduled within two weeks of your exam.
If you are bringing more than one pet into our care, each additional intake is scheduled separately and includes a 75-minute in-clinic session at our standard hourly rate.
This updated intake process allows us to create a more personalized, step-by-step experience—while ensuring clients feel supported without overwhelm.
